Nathaniel H. Freeman is an interdisciplinary artist, designer, and educator. He received his BFA from the University of Montana, Missoula, in 1998, and an MFA in 2005 from the School of Art+Design at Alfred University in New York. His work has been shown nationally and internationally, including at HallWalls Contemporary Art Center in Buffalo, NY, the Soap Factory in Minneapolis, the Beijing Film Academy, and the New York Hall of Science (NYSCI). Nathaniel is the recipient of several artist grants and awards, including a Minnesota State Arts Board grant and a Bush Foundation Artist Fellowship. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, I.D. Magazine, NPR, and Matter Magazine.
